Citizen & Resident Status, Italian Origin and Canadian Institution

• Canadian citizen

• Quebec resident (must provide proof)​

• Italian origin (must provide proof)

• Students enrolled in a Canadian Institution

University Students

• Full-time student during the academic school year Fall 2026- Winter 2027

• Part-time student during the academic school year Fall 2026- Winter 2027

Vocational Students

• Programs leading to a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS)

Cegep Students

• ​Three (3) year career programs leading to a Diploma of College Studies (DEC)
